Change The Title of the Forms MDI Window of Oracle Applications

The title for the main, Multiple Document Interface (MDI) window within the forms interface is stored in the profile option "Site Name".

From the System Administrator Responsibility, navigate to Profile -> System and enter an appropriate value for "Site Name".

This profile is settable only at the Site level and will appear in the title bar after logging out and then back in .
